Terms of Service

Effective Date: January 1, 2025

1. Appointments & Cancellations

We require 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations. Late arrivals may result in shortened service duration. Multiple no-shows may result in requiring prepayment for future bookings.

2. Service Guarantees

While we strive for perfection, hair services are subjective. We offer complimentary adjustments within 7 days of original service. Chemical services require strand testing prior to full application.

3. Payments

We accept all major credit cards. A valid credit card is required to hold appointments. Prices are subject to change without notice. Retail product sales are final unless defective.

4. Health & Safety

Clients must disclose any allergies, medical conditions, or recent chemical treatments. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it may cause harm.

5. Intellectual Property

All styling techniques, formulas, and portfolio images remain our intellectual property and may not be reproduced without written consent.

6. Liability

We are not responsible for personal items left at the salon. While we take utmost care, we cannot guarantee specific results due to variations in hair type and condition.
